Hi all!  My name is Robert, and I'm excited to be here.  I've been a lurker/part-time builder over on astromech.net, and I'm glad there is a forum for more than just the R2's.  
My first non-astromech will probably be a Gonk droid.  Those guys make such great display pieces.  My wife is a Jawa in the 501st, so it would be a good accent piece for her.
