I actually have that PDF. It's pretty great.  I never got proper permission to post it here, so I hadn't, but I'll go ahead and just give credit and put it in the files section.

that would be great, actually. I sent him more than one e-mail, but that was years ago.

I would love to have actual permission, just because I don't want to step on anybody's toes.  (we run a family establishment here )
