This is from the Creature's video, very short appearance when Maz gets drinks from her bar.

Wondering if its in Maz's bar. There are a few other shots in the creatures video

The scene-by-scene site makes it easy. They've got screen caps from every movie.

Apparently he has puppet rods too, originally built as a static droid.
