Treadwell was seen in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope when the Jawa's were trying to sell droids and on the Lars Homestead.

Anecdotes
Treadwell appears with Luke in the cut scenes that were being considered for the movie's opening where Luke would look up and see the space battle above.

Construction
The eye lens & holder use parts from a Paterson "Trident" Slide Projector. 3D printable versions are in the Files Gallery

Paul6700 is pretty sure the track is a 70" long 1/2" pitch 3" wide blower belt inside out. He stuck a chopped up fan belt on the inside to run between the wheels and keep it lined up.
